Nigerian music icon Innocent Idibia, widely recognized as 2Face or 2Baba, has publicly addressed his controversial past, declaring that he has reformed and stopped impregnating women.
The legendary singer made the candid revelation while addressing a crowd in Benin City at the MC EdoPikin Undiluted with StarBoy and Legends show, moments before taking the stage to perform.
Speaking passionately to the audience, the African Queen crooner emphasized his need to correct longstanding misconceptions about his lifestyle. “But see, I get confession. I dey make this confession everywhere I go now to set the record straight. I don stop to dey do that kind of thing. I don stop to dey give belle anyhow. I swear, ask anybody now, they will tell you that I’m innocent,” he stated in Pidgin English.
The veteran artist’s personal life has been a recurring subject of public discourse, primarily due to his relationships with multiple women and fathering children outside wedlock.
His romantic history includes Sumbo Adeoye, his first known partner, with whom he shares two sons named Zion and Nino. That relationship reportedly ended around 2009 after his involvements with other women became public knowledge.
Between 2006 and 2012, 2Baba also fathered three children with Pero Adeniyi, his second baby mama.
The singer married actress Annie Macaulay-Idibia in 2012, and together they have two daughters. However, their union reportedly ended in divorce in 2025 after years of public scrutiny and marital challenges.
Most recently, the music star welcomed another child with his current partner, Natasha Osawaru. Their relationship has continued to generate significant attention following reports of their controversial marriage.
